With a background spanning organizational leadership, business coaching, SBA lending, ministry, and entrepreneurship, Josh Zacchaeus brings a relational and strategic approach to his work as a Business Coach. Over the past decade, he has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders through high‑touch coaching, operational guidance, and systems development that drive clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth.

Josh’s career centers on helping people and organizations align vision with execution. At the Flagship Enterprise Center, he led both incubation and venture development efforts, serving as the primary advisor for hundreds of founders and small businesses. He also launched a 96,000 sq. ft. business incubator and built a portfolio of coaching programs, workshops, and peer groups that strengthened entrepreneurial growth across Indiana. His ability to identify needs, coordinate resources, and translate feedback into improvements deepened trust, increased retention, and expanded Flagship’s statewide impact.

As the owner of The Exchange Coffee Co., Josh has lived the realities of small business ownership firsthand. He founded the shop as a community‑focused venture, designing customer experience and operational models that emphasize quality, hospitality, and sustainable growth. This entrepreneurial experience fuels his passion for helping leaders build healthy teams, strengthen culture, and create businesses that serve both customers and community.

Josh’s earlier career includes coaching hundreds of business owners and senior professionals with Buffini & Company, as well as leadership roles with Chick‑fil‑A and Starbucks, where he led high‑volume teams, launched new locations, and trained leaders in customer service, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Areas of expertise include: SBA lending and capital access strategy, leadership and team development, systems and operational stabilization, strategic planning, customer experience design, organizational structuring, and emotional intelligence.

Josh lives in Anderson, Indiana with his wife Emily and their three daughters—Florence, Phoebe, and Felicity. He remains active in his local church and is a lifelong gamer, TV‑and‑movie enthusiast, and proud nerd with a love for Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, and DC Comics. A student of philosophy and theology, he enjoys exploring the big questions of human formation and often says that “good leadership is humility and vulnerability lived over time.” He also appreciates slow evenings with a good bourbon and a cigar, meaningful conversations, and creating spaces where people feel seen and connected.
