As a business coach with Inspire Results, Jordan “Jo” Kempton has been working with entrepreneurs and small business owners for 10+ years to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their businesses.

With a background in strategic consulting, project and program management, and operations, Jo has worked across a diverse range of industries—from early-stage startups to large corporate organizations. This breadth of experience has shaped her ability to quickly assess complex situations, bring structure to ambiguity, and implement practical, results-driven solutions. She has become known for working alongside business owners to strengthen leadership, refine strategy, and create the alignment needed for long-term growth.

In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her daughter and their sweet cat Maisy, serving in her church and with small groups, exercising, being in the sunshine, and on occasion – riding horses.
